Hi, I’m Niall

My 12+ years in catering, F&B, and hospitality honed in one important truth: Ambition and good ideas don’t stand without a solid operational infrastructure, honest service, integrity of purpose, and a strong grasp on numbers.

After graduating from Les Roches in Switzerland, I built my career in London’s dynamic hospitality scene, where I worked for a decade across operations, launched kitchens, catering businesses, and developed the expertise to turn ideas into thriving ventures. Later, I brought these insights to the Middle East, leading a cloud kitchen, reviving underperforming operations, and contributing to the Middle East’s growing culinary scene.

Today, I bring my experience to businesses committed to building something intentional—streamlining operations, enhancing brand cohesion, and improving commercial performance to create long-term, sustainable success.
