My Story
Everything I know about hospitality comes back to one thing: the details. The ones that turn a good meal into a great experience, a functioning kitchen into a seamless operation. I made my way through La Roche in Switzerland for undergrad, and later worked for the likes of City Pantry, The Mayfair London, Four Seasons, and many others. From there I went on to launch my many ventures. These experiences made me no stranger to environments that demand strong leadership, adaptability, pragmatism, finesse, and operational excellence. But more importantly, I learnt what underpins the success of all of these pieces is the capacity to develop and nurture strong relationships as a key ingredient for meaningful and effective work. After all, we are in the business of people, bringing to them their most cherished and essential experiences.

The London Hospitality and F&B scene was my first school. One that came with many lessons both empowering and humbling. I first developed my experience working in Hospitality. This was my time at the Mayfair London where I headed guest relations. I then moved on to open my first QSR startup in the heart of London, quickly becoming the top vendor for office lunches working with online platforms such as City Pantry and Cater-wings. This was my first entrepreneurial experience where I got my teeth into the trenches of building a business. I brought forward all of myself; innovating, scaling, and penetrating new market segments. Yet it was also one where I learnt the importance of failing. It served me the hard but fortunate lesson that a great F&B business holds the vision of growth but must underpin first with robust operations and tight financials. Closing MoBa ushered me into my consulting years where I went on to launch successful concepts, optimize kitchen operations, put new brands on shelves to open restaurants often across many markets.

From there, I longed to create something of my own once more. An opportunity presented itself in Jordan. A place that doesn’t only hold my roots, but one that poses unique challenges and is ripe with opportunity. I took over RoboKtchn, a cloud kitchen and catering business today. Back when I took it on, RoboKtchn was a cloud kitchen running 4 concepts, loose operations, and no proper financial infrastructure. There was a lot of cleaning up to do if we are to actualize the mission of becoming the leading cloud and catering business. I began with setting out our near and far strategy that was informed by clear and tight financial planning. From there, it was the work translating strategy into action with the right SOPs, staff training, concept creations, and most importantly penetrating the catering market for medium to large businesses.

I’m never really just doing one thing though, I always knew I had to create the places I yearned to have in Amman but have yet to exist. A breakfast place that nails a good coffee roast, that balances simple dishes with great ingredients, that innovates with thoughtfulness and respect to the place and land it operates on. Only to then offer at night the perfect sharing plates, a meticulous music selection, so that people can gather with presence, heart, and delight. You’d think all of this was too good to be true, but here I am partnering with a dear colleague to open exactly that in a space nestled inside the beautiful Bulbul B&B in Amman’s most special neighborhoods. A venture that brings me great pride, not only because of the uniqueness of what we’re building, but because it was one that honors a good business, but also earth, culture, and people.

Today I am here with many pieces coming together for me, both personally and professionally. A testament to the importance of walking the arduous path of experience yourself first. I am not sure what the next chapter looks like yet, but it feels like it is forming in one way or another. The services on this website are the culmination of that experience, growth, and my heartfelt desire to demystify the ingredients for a successful, intentional, tasteful, and longstanding F&B business.
I look forward to connecting with you.
